Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, you have the right to do so. Please contact us at support@reenly.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number along with the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were sent to you, and must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Reenly™ reserves the right to deny a return for justifiable reasons, particularly if the returned item does not meet the conditions specified above, if there is suspicion that the item has been used, or if the customer abuses their right to a refund.

Reenly™ does not cover the shipping cost for returned products. Any shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
